Our model is not tied to the capabilities of a single warehouse or a single standard warehouse product. We tailor each solution to the type of goods, volumes, required processes, temperature conditions and shipping destinations.
VOKKY Group provides and coordinates warehousing, fulfillment and related logistics services. Our partners handle storage and processing of goods under different conditions, transport and courier services, and, where needed, customs clearance, brokerage and other specialised logistics solutions.
Depending on the type of goods, volumes and specific requirements, we can select the most suitable solution and, where necessary, bring several partners together within a single process.
Our model is not based on adding a markup to the cost of our partners’ services. Our commercial benefit comes from filling our partners’ available capacity, helping them use their resources more efficiently.
Direct agreements between VOKKY and our partners allow us to offer each client a wider range of solutions while maintaining competitive pricing. Where promotional or special offers are available, clients may also benefit from even more favourable terms.

VOKKY clients can use refrigerated storage for small product batches, samples or temperature-sensitive goods – a 0.5 × 0.5 × 0.25 m shelf with a temperature range of +1…+5 °C. It is designed for businesses that do not need a dedicated cold room but require compact storage with controlled temperature.

Short answers to the most common questions — about connection, order processing, storage, payments, insurance and claims.
Standard connection takes 1 to 10 business days depending on the platform, integrations and goods-handling format. After the process is set up and the goods are received into the warehouse, order processing can start immediately.
Order processing starts after the order appears in the system. Standard picking and packing is completed within 24 hours during warehouse operating hours. Processing outside the standard schedule is possible only by prior agreement.
VOKKY does not accept weapons, flammable materials, hazardous chemicals, prohibited goods, products with unknown composition or origin, or goods requiring special conditions without prior approval from VOKKY.
Yes, this is possible after prior approval. We assess goods exceeding standard pallet or shelf storage dimensions if a safe method of receiving, placement, processing and further movement can be determined.
For heavy or non-standard items, terms are agreed individually.
For most goods, standard warehouse conditions are used: approximately 12–15 °C in winter and 20–25 °C in summer.
For selected product categories, refrigerated storage at +1…+5 °C is available in the format of a refrigerated shelf 0.5 × 0.5 × 0.25 m. Receiving, placement and processing conditions for temperature-sensitive goods are agreed individually.
Payments are made in euros (EUR). The invoice is issued once a month for the previous period and is payable within 5 business days unless other terms have been agreed within the cooperation.
All goods in storage are insured up to their purchase value. Additional insurance above this amount is available at the client’s request.
Inform your manager or send a request through the Client area. We will review the situation using available data: records, information on product movement, order-processing stages and any control records.
The next steps are determined according to the contract, insurance terms and the results of the review.
