I am Vladislav Marchenko, founder and director of VOKKY Group.

For small product batches, samples or goods with sensitive storage requirements, VOKKY Group is adding a refrigerated shelf of 0.5 × 0.5 × 0.25 m with a +1…+5 °C temperature range. This is a solution for companies that do not need a large cold room, but need a compact space with controlled storage conditions.

FAQ

Short answers to the most common questions — about connection, order processing, storage, payments, insurance and claims.

1. How long does connection and the start of order processing take?

Standard connection takes 1 to 10 business days depending on the platform, integrations and goods-handling format. After the process is set up and the goods are received into the warehouse, order processing can start immediately.

2. How long does processing one order take?

Order processing starts after the order appears in the system. Standard picking and packing is completed within 24 hours during warehouse operating hours. Processing outside the standard schedule is possible only by prior agreement.

3. What cannot be stored?

VOKKY does not accept weapons, flammable materials, hazardous chemicals, prohibited goods, products with unknown composition or origin, or goods requiring special conditions without prior approval from VOKKY.

4. Can non-standard or oversized shipments be stored?

Yes, this is possible after prior approval. We assess goods exceeding standard pallet or shelf storage dimensions if a safe method of receiving, placement, processing and further movement can be determined.

For heavy or non-standard items, terms are agreed individually.

5. What temperature conditions are in the warehouse?

For most goods, standard warehouse conditions are used: approximately 12–15 °C in winter and 20–25 °C in summer.

For selected product categories, refrigerated storage at +1…+5 °C is available in the format of a refrigerated shelf 0.5 × 0.5 × 0.25 m. Receiving, placement and processing conditions for temperature-sensitive goods are agreed individually.

6. In what currency and under what conditions is payment made?

Payments are made in euros (EUR). The invoice is issued once a month for the previous period and is payable within 5 business days unless other terms have been agreed within the cooperation.

7. How does goods insurance work?

All goods in storage are insured up to their purchase value. Additional insurance above this amount is available at the client’s request.

8. What should be done in case of a claim or damaged goods?

Inform your manager or send a request through the Client area. We will review the situation using available data: records, information on product movement, order-processing stages and any control records.

The next steps are determined according to the contract, insurance terms and the results of the review.
