You send a request; we collect data about your goods, volumes and processes, propose a cooperation model and prepare a preliminary estimate.
We approve the commercial offer, sign the contract, provide access to the VOKKY system and, if needed, connect your e-shop, CRM or ERP.
You deliver the goods to the warehouse yourself or via a carrier. We check, label and record them in the system.
Goods are stored in the warehouse, and in the system you can see stock levels, product movement and the operation history for each SKU.
Orders enter the process, then VOKKY picks the products and packs the shipment. For sales across multiple EU markets, we can add client-supplied materials in the language required for the destination market — printed instructions, language labels, inserts, information sheets or warranty documents — and prepare carrier labels.
We hand shipments over to couriers or release them from the warehouse. The customer receives a tracking number and can see the shipment delivery status.
