From the first request to regular order processing — VOKKY takes over warehouse operations while you keep control through the system.
You send a request; we collect data about your goods, volumes and processes, propose a cooperation model and prepare a preliminary estimate.
We approve the commercial offer, sign the contract, provide access to the VOKKY system and, if needed, connect your e-shop, CRM or ERP.
You deliver the goods to the warehouse yourself or via a carrier. We check, label and record them in the system.
Goods are stored in the warehouse, and in the system you can see stock levels, product movement and the operation history for each SKU.
Orders enter the system; we then pick, pack and add the required materials, and create carrier labels.
We hand shipments over to couriers or release them from the warehouse. The customer receives a tracking number and can see the shipment delivery status.
Each month you receive a report on completed operations and costs; payment is made only for the services actually used.
